Liked: The fact that they gave me at least 1/2 my money back....
Disliked: There were roaches and I do mean EVERYWHERE...so that's why we got a partial refund butttttt when we got home . I noticed bite marks on my autistic son. Yessss they have bed bugs. I wanted alllll my money back. I really want to take them to court over neglect. but the manager has yet to get back to me as a matter of fact I got hung up on the 1st time I called. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!ITS NEEDS EXTERMINATION!!!

Liked: Front desk staff very nice.
Disliked: Rooms smelled like cigarettes even though we had a non-smoking room. Smoke alarm was hanging out from the wall. Stains on the comforter.

Disliked: Roaches! Also was charged twice for the room after being accommodated to a second room which was also infested. Only 1 charge has been refunded.

Liked: lol the place isn’t a 5-star hotel. It’s a crummy motel. But, that being said- it was clean, quiet, and safe. I felt good.
Disliked: The bathroom needs to be updated. But for the price…. Keep it the way it is.

Mediocre. Rooms clean bathroom clean.

Liked: No handicapp rooms. Electric outlet did notWork. Had to go and get extension cords to makeC paps work.
