I’ve stayed in worse

Liked: Bright lobby, amenities close together, nice welcoming staff, courtyard to gather in
Disliked: The AC in our room didn’t work at all. It was stuck at 78 degrees with the ceiling fan on high. The telephone didn’t work either. There were clumps of dust in every corner of both rooms.

Disliked: Waiting 2 hours just to find out my booking wasn't in their system. I had to pay a 2nd time. And want a refund from booking. Com. Also, air conditioning was no good.

Still stay there

Liked: Pet friendly, polite housekeepers , very clean rooms
Disliked: That they changed me $60.00 for 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for my boyfriend cutting himself while shaving
