Disliked: Clean bathroom

One night stop

Liked: The staff, Sarah, was very helpful. When we noticed no towels or wash rags in the room, she went herself to get them for me and my family then personally delivered them to our room door. Sarah went above her duties and we are so thankful. On a positive note, the bed was comfy.
Disliked: Upon checkin, the curb appeal was very trashy. There were bugs in the light fixture in the bathroom of our room. The inside of the hotel was not clean and had a foul odor. Not only that but very limited parking with having to share the lot with sleep in. We arrived back late after a tournament and had to park on the other side of the opposite hotel which I didn't really like. Next trip, I'll pay the extra money for a nicer hotel.

Liked: Customer service was great it was clean it always is bit the price doubled in a month and a half
Disliked: I booked a smoking room an when I got there at 330 they didn't have the room I was supposed to get and the price has doubled in the last month

Disliked: Staff was rude couldn’t find my reservation Even though I had a reservation number and said I was too young to rent a room I’m 19 .. the motel was trashy windows broken etc ..

Liked: I was over charged for my room I reserved two beds and got one. I was over charged 20 dollars. Please give me a refund.
Disliked: I did not get the correct booking. The hotel said you have to refund my money that I over paid.

Bad

Disliked: The lady at the front desk was very rude, and I didn't get to stay because my hotel was given to someone else during the storm. They tell you over the phone that no money is due until you move in but yet they run your card before you even get there. They said they tried calling from a weird number but I didn't answer. Even still I should have had a choice once I got there being that they had all of my information on file. And with an attitude I was told that I no longer had a room and she was talking loudly. I will not book there ever again.
