Liked: The breakfast was pathetic, nothing really offeredNo fruit, actually the only thing was juice, granola bars and yogurt
Disliked: There should always be a dairy free option, even fruit

Bed bugs

Liked: The room was updated and looked nice. The location was convenient. We stayed there last year and liked it.
Disliked: The room was crawling with bed bugs. I found three without even looking: two on the bed and one on the chair. We discovered the bed bugs shortly after checking in so we did not stay the night. The front desk person was polite and promised us a full refund, which we still have not received after more than a month.

Liked: this facility was midline ,there were 2 things in my room that in need of repair. the bathroom sink leaked and the fridge had a lump of ice in freezer that melted into the fridge and then to the floor. the front staff did NOT offer any compensation.
