Liked: I have pictures to prove the condition of the accommodations, deplorable doesn’t seem quite harsh of an adjective!!! I am complete dissatisfied and humiliated since I took a guest who is not from the area. We were both appalled at what we were introduced to!!!
Disliked: Everything! From the drive up to the guest services to everything in the room, the parking area, the towels, sheets, bathroom shower stall, sink, etc.!!!! I have pictures!

Disliked: Not cleaning. Mice gnawed our food at night

Good but could improve

Liked: Quick check-in, easy access to parking spot. Comfy beds, good curtains to cover the morning light. Heater worked well with some noise.
Disliked: The shower was leaking forever. There was water around the fridge when we arrived. Old bedroom with some bad smell.

Liked: Room was clean and modern. Staff was friendly. Best price.
Disliked: Noise....train went by at night and room next door was playing loud music.

Rough Diamonds

Liked: It was convenient and quiet even though a train passed nearby. I hardly heard a thing.
Disliked: The TV didn't receive a signal. We had our phones and were only staying overnight, so we didn't care. There was no hot water at the sink, so I wonder if there was hot water in the shower. We didn't have to use the shower, so I don't know. The building is dilapidated, but the interior of the room was great. It was a good value. I hope the owners fix it up and have a lot of success.
