Liked: I booked a room at this hotel, because there was an indoor pool. The pool was closed for my entire stay. Definitely not worth the money

Liked: The heat in the room worked well. Fridge & microwave in room was convenient.
Disliked: Customer service from the front desk worker was unpleasant and not accommodating. Bathroom: mold, water barely drained in tub, sink was cracked. Beds: had a cloth around the mattress so it couldn't be checked for bed bugs, sheets had blood stains, plastic around base. Laminate floors which was weird. Continental breakfast was very limited. I chose this place as it allowed pets. The contract when I arrived said no pets, but the worker said dogs ok...for an additional $20 a night.

Liked: I don't barely ever stay over night so I wouldn't no
Disliked: Getting back reduce price for a partial stay (3-5 hrs)I only book rooms for a few hrs at a time I barely ever stay over night and really wouldn't mind only paying maybe 1/2 of a full night rate since I don't stay all night

Liked: Nice staff.
Disliked: Hard bed, my back and neck hurts , , dirty around floor and toilet has pee stains and someone else hair , blood or poop on wall by trash can and no smoking, yet two burn holes in bed cover and one on shower curtain. Hate you have to go out in front of front desk just to go out to car or smoke. With lots of men outside and in front lobby. Not comfortable with that. It's OK. But Ill Iook for another place when I come to town.
