Terrible service and experience. I booked through booking.com then the property charged me too. The desk clerk was rude

Disliked: noisy, all the doors banged shut . paint was peeling off the ceiling. the floors were squeaky and uneven, with terrible carpets. the grouting in the bathroom was dirty, bathroom was freezing cold, no extra blankets or pillows, food was stale at terrible continental breakfast
