Liked: This hotel was awful. I made a reservation and they did not let me stay there, even though I paid.They said they did not take people from Booking.comThey said Booking.com would have to give me the refund and it was out of their hands

very nice and quiet

Liked: the room was clean, very quiet, didn't hear much traffic at all. and the outside lights weren't too bad.
Disliked: the towel rack in the washroom is too high for short people. i had to stand on the side of the tub to reach the towels
