clean the rooms properly in...

Liked: Breakfast was OK, checking and checkout OK.
Disliked: the room we got in the motel section was smelling cigaret butch, it was horrible.

Good for a short stay.

Liked: I'm a repeat customer at this location. It's well located and easy to find near other facilities (restaurants, gas stations, main village.
Disliked: I expected to be in the hotel, not in a motel room. My first room had a lock issue but the attendant was quick to remedy this.

Superb

Liked: Very convenient for traveling with pets. Safe environment.
Disliked: The extra latch for the door had a piece missing. If I was traveling alone, I would have felt unsafe just relying on the deadbolt.
