Considering the room was for my husband and son they said it was good enough for them. It beat driving home for 3 hours that evening.

Liked: The room was just about what we expected.
Disliked: After getting two different room keys and walking in on two separate guests we finally got a 'private' room.

Disliked: not enough bath towels for a double bed and a non smoking was selected but it smelled of stale cigarettes

This is poor communication and...

Liked: Breakfast was nice and clean. Of course I had things out of my control happen pertaining to my card After staying there a Couple of days but I never had shown signs of nonpayment before so they worked with me. That's a plus
Disliked: I came across and elderly lady that they didn't want on their property so I took her under my wing and was able to get her a hotel elsewhere but she wouldn't be able to check in until 3pm In the mean time it was 100 plus degrees outside and I couldn't see her waiting in the scorching heat like that so I allowed the 70 year old lady to stay in my room until then. I let the staff know and they threatened to kick me out if I tried keeping her in my room. The elderly lady had left as promised. That day I woke up to my room being flooded and had to move. I helped maintenance clean up the two feet of water that was submerging mine and my kids personal belongings.The following day they wouldn't rent to me

Liked: I loved the area. It was close to everything. They had a beautiful carriage house pool. We will b staying here next year.
