Horrible management
Liked: I woke up to bugs all by the bathroom and in the bathroom and as soon as I seen I came to tell the front desk person basically he didn’t care because I stayed all night and didn’t tell them last night which I didn’t them last night as I stated to him.
Disliked: The roaches

Liked: The staff was very polite, helpful and kind. Willing to accommodate our needs.
Disliked: The cockroaches under the a/c unit. The leaking toilet, the toilet seat is loose.

Nightmare at the Travel Lodge
Liked: Nothing. Motel apparently houses migrant families, filthy conditions. Asked for pillows through booking.com, and upon arrival asked for the pillows, never got them. No blinds, only shades which leave the room not dark, since they are opaque . Never received the wake-up call I requested.
Disliked: I'm amazed that this "place" has the title of Motel. The filthiest Lobby, like a flop house.
