Disliked: Night desk worker was extremely rude. Barged in my room without knocking or announcing himself. accused and threatened us claiming excess people due to friends brining us clothes. Proceeded to scream at me in the lobby when trying to understand and discuss situation to the point we left because of hostility. Completely rude snd unprofessional guy. Have filed complaints within company and received very little help. Was told to call back in a few days when there would be a manager

Liked: I liked that it was quiet and relaxing. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and free coffee all day/night, also liked that they have shampoo/conditioner on the shower wall and lotion on the bathroom wall. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice, clean and relaxing. Not a lot of kids while we were there more working crews.
Disliked: We really don't have a complaint. If we had to complain it would be that the upper part of the lamps needed to be dusted.
