Liked: Coffee and bear claws.
Disliked: For $100 a night I expected some conditioner in the shower. Old hotel not worth $100 a stay.

The downtown location is very good. The room was comfortable. Unfortunately, there is a patio just outside of the room with table and chairs. People were partying there, loudly, from about 1 to 6 am. We were glad to be there one night only. I would give a second chance in hopes of a different overall experience.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Loud guests on patio outside of room at unreasonable hours.

It was a late night and was only in the room for 4 hours to sleep but it was a great stay!

Liked: It was clean; loved the heater/air conditioner.

Liked: The location is within walking distance of the convention center. Parking lot was not covered so it provided the height I needed for our tall work van.
Disliked: The room smelled like cigarette smoke, as is someone smoked in the room. The shelf above the closet rack was very dirty and I had to wipe it down several times before I could put my clothes on it. There was no weather stripping on the bottom of the room door so I heard everything in the parking lot, on the landing, on the nearby street, loudly. The windows in the bathroom would not close completely. The bed was beyond firm, it felt like a hard surface covered by a sheet. The blanket was very thin and not adequate to keep me warm.

Comfy but REALLY DIRTY

Liked: The bed was comfortable and bedding smelled clean. Devices like hair dryer, TV, microwave, and fridge all worked great
Disliked: EXTREMELY DIRTY. I wish I took pictures... there was drippings on the walls, surfaces were grainy and sticky, I was honestly worried to even brush up against the wall. I would have paid more money for a cleaner room

Liked: Location. Near Target and Convention Center.
Disliked: It was great for the cost. No complaints except Booking.com stated they offer breakfast but the front office said only coffee was served early morning.
