Liked: Coffee and bear claws.
Disliked: For $100 a night I expected some conditioner in the shower. Old hotel not worth $100 a stay.

The downtown location is very good. The room was comfortable. Unfortunately, there is a patio just outside of the room with table and chairs. People were partying there, loudly, from about 1 to 6 am. We were glad to be there one night only. I would give a second chance in hopes of a different overall experience.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Loud guests on patio outside of room at unreasonable hours.

It was a late night and was only in the room for 4 hours to sleep but it was a great stay!

Liked: It was clean; loved the heater/air conditioner.

Awesome price, Awesome staff

Liked: The staff were very helpful and nice. The woman running the front desk is really sweet. The location was awesome for Sac Anime and the room was comfortable even with 3 people occupying it. The price was unbeatable.
Disliked: The advertising promises breakfast, however there is NO breakfast at this property. They do have a station for coffee though! Room was a bit dirty.

Liked: Basic but clean, bed comfortable enough, conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from Downtown and Midtown.
Disliked: Decor a bit tired, noise from the street.
