Disliked: Cockroaches were crawling on the walls in one room, other room smelled moldy and gross, shady and hard to reach location

Liked: The staff are always very kind. You don't have a shady crowd hanging around inside or outside.
Disliked: I wish that they had a laundry facility available for guests.

Liked: The businesses around the hotel made it an easy location that met my needs.

Liked: Best deal in the area. Many thanks to the front desk staff, such good people.Will be returning.
Disliked: The only complaint is that the housekeeping lady was extremely rude and disrespectful to me from before I checked in to the morning I checked out. Judgmental and rude will not go far so hopefully the property owners will have a talk with her and her part

Disliked: The parking lot was dirty. The weird smell in the room. The people on the front desk weren't polite. The price included breakfast, but there wasn't any breakfast. I didn't like the property, bad experience.
