Liked: The front desk lady was very nice.
Disliked: The room was disgusting. No tv, the shower leaked from the falling thru ceiling, the tiles on the floor were broken, no towels, the air didn’t work correctly.

Disliked: Very unprofessional and management is very shady.. they will rent to certain people for a few hours just to hook up. No TVs and poor service.. they will even snitch you out to the cops so if you are wanted then don’t go there.. this hotel sucks in every way possible

Disliked: No remote for TV, no breakfast included, room was in need of major repairs, I'm disabled and asked for a downstairs room they didn't have one I ended up on the 2 floor. Maintenance was supposed to bring a remote for TV and never did. The front desk never answers the phone. No bathroom door and toilet was loose, seat was broken.

Disliked: Absolutely Disgusting and Unsafe – Do Not Stay Here!This is by far the worst hotel I have ever encountered. The property is infested with pimps, drug addicts, and rampant prostitution. The first room we were given was completely unacceptable—it had no bedding, no bathroom door, and no power. When we complained, the front desk staff shrugged it off, saying there was nothing they could do because they didn’t have any bedding. They refused to issue a refund, forcing me to pay extra to move my daughters to another room closer to mine for safety.Unfortunately, the second room was even worse. There was blood all over the bathtub, pubic hair on the pillowcases, and cockroaches running up the walls. The room had no TV, and all the doors in the hotel looked like they had been kicked in repeatedly. Armed security patrolled the property, making the environment feel even more dangerous.We spoke to another guest who didn’t even have a bed in their room. Needles were scattered across the ground outside. I was terrified for my two adult daughters, who were in the room next to mine, fearing someone might break in and cause harm.I’m not someone who complains often, and I can handle a bit of a rough environment. But this wasn’t just uncomfortable—it genuinely felt like a matter of life or death.After fleeing to the Hyatt in the middle of the night, we read reviews and news articles about this property. It turns out that shootings happen here regularly. I shudder to think of what could have happened if we had stayed.This place is beyond disgusting—filthy, unsafe, and downright terrifying. I’ll be filing a complaint with health and safety authorities. Please save yourself the trauma and avoid this place at all costs.Rating: 0/5 Stars

Scary. Like the motels when...

Liked: Nothing. Straight out of a nightmare.
Disliked: Terrible place. The room had a bunch of graffiti on the furniture and floor. No tv, garbage can, fridge, microwave. I was afraid to sleep in the bed. The location and parking lot was very scary. I was anxious being there. They had very intimidating looking security also. Which makes me think what goes on at the location. Please get this location off your website.

Disliked: There was holes everywhere people fighting all night the door lock was broken a spork in the wall graffiti blood on the wall and the shower didn’t work roaches on the floor.
