Liked: It was clean and the staff were helpful.
Disliked: Checking in with first shift person, he was serious and was not looking friendly but was very helpful, in the next day another guy was so friendly, being honest both and all staff were so helpful.At the middle of night about 2-3 am my neighbor room I think they were taking shower but the voices of water and shower incurred by them for around an hour made me wake up and than I was not able to sleep again for long time.

Liked: I liked about everything except it was almost a week before housekeeping came.into.my room to change garbage or towels. I don't mind using my towels more then 9nce but if was 5 days for sure. That is my only complaint. Wveything else was great and I'll definitely stay there again
Disliked: Too l9ng before housekeeping came into room to do anything. From Monday til Saturdaay after 2 calls to front desk. Was told they should have been there twice by that.time

Liked: It has an excellent location, near to the Old Town and in a principal avenue, where you can get a bus easily. The room was clean, big and comfy. I passed a good night here!

Liked: Location was perfect for me. Free morning breakfast was outstanding. Room was extremely clean and everything in it worked very well.
Disliked: Faucet handle on bathroom sink was a little hard to operate. Not a dealbreaker.
