Don't do it

Disliked: At check in the guy didn't charge my card for the $100 deposit, chased us down several hours later for me to pay. Then told me I had to put it on my card and I'd get it back in 5-7days. The lady in front of me was allowed to pay cash and would get it back at check out. We were in a nonsmoking area but the halls constantly smelled of cigarette smoke. My duvet cover has a cigarette burn in it. When we left for sightseeing, we returned to find out cards wouldn't work on door so they needed to be reprogrammed. We tried to use the pool and hot tub, the hot tub was below temp and had no jets. The pool was ice cold. There were remodeling supplies left everywhere, ladders etc. in our hallway there were two broken washing machines and two dirty stained couches. The redecorating/remodeling looks as though it was done by a toddler. There was another nasty dirty stained couch in our room, couldn't use it! The ad said continental breakfast, far from it. There were some prepackaged muffins and a single waffle maker. No fruit or yogurt anything. Then they wouldn't allow you to take breakfast to your room. I could've gone to McDonald's and taken that to my room. Overall, I am very disappointed, so not worth the stay, wish they'd refund me what I paid for that waste!

Disliked: We import and bring a service dog with the USDA document. When we finish the check in process and put our luggage in the room.The hotel saw we got the disable person with a service dog.The hotel against the federal law said [We don’t care about the law, we don’t welcome the disability person with pet due to they make so much troubles]I told them about the law, but hotel insist I need to tell them about my disease/ health problem or they won’t allowed we stay. They emphasize they don’t care about the law again.The hotel change the room from the 1st floor to 2nd floor and said we don’t have elevator, you may use the stairs or leave without refund.We decide to leave and the hotel took the room key snatch all our luggage.So we call the police for help. the police come over and help us get back the luggage.I show the video and voice record to police and will file a law suit when I finish this trip back to CA.
