Nice hotel, but some staff...

Liked: Clean, nice, comfy
Disliked: Staff. I was asking in reception a very arrogant lady for at least one more night and the price she gave me was a lot higher than previous night like 20 % . I was checking out and later look on booking and price was really close as previous one. Thats a bit shameful as need to carry all my stuff to different hotel , and staff they don't look to retain customers , offer incentives and better prices etc. Disapointing. And attitude , really bad as I was in sport outfit runnign morning , when I was returnign in usual busines outfit attitude change , but still too late
