Disliked: The one thing I didn’t like was I thought I booked the room for 2 days and when my girl called me and said they were kicking her out I asked to just book the room for another night and they wouldn’t do it over the phone so I had to take time off work and drive there and their CC machine was down and I asked them why they couldn’t have done this over the phone and they said that they can’t take CC over the phone which I do all the time for work and lots of hotels all over NV and other states and they were really rude about the whole thing telling me it was my CC and that I better have cash or they were going to have the cops come get us out of there hotel

Disliked: The heater didn't work and I was freezing all night, a very thin blanket. The temp drops to 28, it was very cold without heat.The door was damaged, didn't close properly.
