Glad it was only one...

Liked: None
Disliked: The room was not clean and ready for us when we got there at 3 o’clock we were sent to another room that had no heat and no lightbulbs and no toilet paper. We were told to wait while another room was being made for us and we waited for over an hour, the front desk lady was very good. However, you were cleaning staff and your maintenance staff should be fired and you should hire confident people.

Staff were super kind. I...

Liked: Not much we really liked.
Disliked: Well I would start with saying its cleanliness was bad. We had blood all over the bathroom. Many cabinets and things were broken. The staff was nice. There are homeless everywhere and drug bags all over the property. If you have children do not stay here.
