Very pissed off and disappointed...

Liked: Nothing really
Disliked: Everything no WiFi no breakfast like it say and the tv wasn’t working the bed wasn’t even a queen size mattress the room was very dirty and the bed smell like pee not happy at all about the place and what it say it offers but don’t have any of that or them things.

Disliked: My message was never sent to the hotel from the booking agent. The accessibility for handicap were non existent. Ramos not assessable to the floor I was assigned.

Satisfied. Good place to stay.

Liked: The staff was very pleasant! The location was good. The price was fair. The mattress was quite comfortable.
Disliked: Stains on linens. No breakfast available. Not enough fresh air.
