Horrible and never again

Disliked: My two rooms had been smoked in and they wouldn't move us and I am asthmatic. There was NO breakfast. No fridge or microwave in my rooms. I had to go to the office to get towels. Holes in the walls, patches in the wall that were not painted so ugly gray spots, cigarette burns in the curtains and bed spread, stains on bed spread, sheet did not fit, no top sheet, dirty walls (food, drink, and whatever else), Pillows were flat, dog crap on the bathroom floor, missing fire alarm, broken furniture, staff could not speak basic English well (didn't know what the word breakfast meant), when I asked about ice buckets for ice. I was told to go back to the office and I could get an ice bucket but they didn't have ice!!!!! I had to go to a local grocery store to get a cooler and ice to store medicine, food and drinks. I also got Febreze to help with the smoke smell. It did not do much. I left my door open as much possible to help with the smell and too cool off the room. The air only blew extremely hot air and the windows have device on them to prevent you from opening the window.

Liked: Close proximity to the nearby ski bus stop and UTA railway station
Disliked: Most of electronics appliance and button are broken. Some of the light are off. Thermal insulation is pretty bad.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The room was extremely dirty, and I have been in roach motels before. I didn’t dare go barefoot in this room because the floor was so sticky. There were no bath towels when I arrived, I had to ask for them. And no room cleaning or breakfast. On the first day there were cops outside my room taking a guy that was staying next to me, I asked my Uber driver and he said this motel has the reputation of being used by prostitutes, addicts, and drug dealers. Every night there was someone outside shouting and banging at the doors, and I saw a man trying to break into the car of another guest in the lot. That’s what you get for choosing the cheapest.Under no circumstance stay at this motel.
