Disliked: didn't like anything it was not clean but staff wasn't clean the rooms weren't clean when we got our room the bed was just slept in when they try to give us another room it was the same scenario bed was slept in nothing was clean. We asked for a refund some blonde girl half asleep came to the front desk and said she wasn't the person by the name of pretty up for a refund and they don't do refunds. We had to demand our money back and we ended up sleeping in a car

Disliked: Apparently a lot of families live at this hotel there was loud noise there was a fighting in the lobby there was kids running around that all hours of the night there was people vacuuming their hallways at 10:30 at night the front desk guy was very unorganized and unprofessional his language was absolutely ridiculous to be speaking to anybody that way and screaming and hollering in his children using the f word quite often it was absolutely horrible our bed sheets were filthy the roots not like mold I am absolutely furious with that stay
