Absolutely awful

Liked: Just location. It was convenient to our needs at the last minute
Disliked: Apparently a lot of families live at this hotel there was loud noise there was a fighting in the lobby there was kids running around that all hours of the night there was people vacuuming their hallways at 10:30 at night the front desk guy was very unorganized and unprofessional his language was absolutely ridiculous to be speaking to anybody that way and screaming and hollering in his children using the f word quite often it was absolutely horrible our bed sheets were filthy the roots not like mold I am absolutely furious with that stay

It was terrible.

Liked: Wifi didn’t work and as of 8 am there was no breakfast and no one at the desk.
Disliked: The place was not clean and there was garbage with yellow jackets near the side entrance. No one answered the phone at the desk. Worst hotel ever.

It was a decent visit....

Liked: It was clean. The beds were decently comfortable. The room was adjustable temp and very cold (how I prefer it). We had a much more pleasant experience than other google reviews.
Disliked: The service. But I understood because literally 2 people work here. I asked for toilet paper and she gave me half a roll from the employee bathroom but I had a family of four. We actually ended up going over to the gas station a few times to use the restroom. The night guy never came when we were ringing the bell, nor did he come in the morning when we needed to check out. They also had a lot of people coming through the parking lot to use drugs, they weren’t staying in the hotel, visiting someone or picking someone up. They would come and park in front of our hotel window and do drugs then leave. So they should really try to monitor that. It made us uncomfortable. Also, we got in at 4:15am. My spouse went in at 4:16am to check in. The guy did not begin assisting him until 4:19am, then at 4:20am he claimed the computer rolled over so we needed to contact Booking to make a new reservation and ask not to be charged for that one. Because we were 4 minutes late. My spouse came out to tell me but it was literally 4:22am when he told me. We weren’t late, he just didn’t come out and assist us but that somehow became our issue. He also is very slow and rude. I’m sorry but in the middle of the night neither of us wants to be talking to one another but you have a job and I need a room, so maybe speed it up a bit? It took us almost an hour to get it sorted. And I had come onto booking and just asked for a change of time. Which he said “did not go through” but I could show him on my end where they were literally waiting on him to hit the yes button on the reservation. Such silliness. He did end up hooking us up as far as that goes, so he was cool. He was just really not a likable guy and he was slow. They also had people in their tiny walk in harassing guests for rides to pick up hookers which was really really weird.
