The Econo Lodge Marion hotel is conveniently located along Interstate 57 just six miles from Crab Orchard Lake and the Crab Orchard National Wildlife Refuge. This hotel is near John A. Logan College Southern Illinois University Carbondale the Herrin Civic Center Lake of Egypt and Rend Lake. Decent stay if you can't...

Liked: Staff was great and very friendly. Room was clean and smelled fresh.
Disliked: Price was too high for condition of property. Room was clean but needed repairs. Hotel needs to be updated everywhere.They have bugs...

10/10 dont recommend

Liked: Probably the dirtiest hotel ive ever been in. Flies on the windows and definitely some health code violations
Disliked: Everything! First room was dirty as ever which they gave me another room that had bugs and broken stuff in the shower

Poor cleanliness especially in hallways....

Disliked: Advertising a bar but it was off site! Had to walk to get there! Poor cleanliness and very depressing room: torn curtains, marred furniture, low water pressure in sink, no sink stopper.
