Location was close to the venue or we would have looked elsewhere.

Disliked: Bedding was old (blanket). AC barely worked. Breakfast was practically nonexistent. Staff was LESS THAN FRIENDLY.

Staff was friendly; it seemed like a safe place to stay. About a mile from SNHU Arena and the walk wasn't bad. However for non smoking, the place smelt bad. Shower was dirty and pillows were flat.

Liked: Price was decent comparably; safe environment.
Disliked: It smelt like cigarettes; pillows were terrible.

The receptionist was very accommodating even at 12 am when we needed more pillows.

Liked: Great customer service; clean room.

Liked: Price was decent and the location was convenient to why we were there.
Disliked: Loose toilet seat, very large gap under door cigarette burns on tub (about 34 of them). I chose this hotel to save $40 compared to the Hilton. Next time I will pick the Hilton.

What was I thinking

Liked: Nothing, was just cheap
Disliked: Seedy area by highway, drug dealing looking people, possibly hookers.

Liked: No issues, overall always a great experience.
Disliked: We are no longer welcome to stay here due to my dog’s odor. My dog has a skin condition that is treated but unfortunately he still has a dog odor. When we returned for another visit we were told by desk that we are no longer welcome per Manager. Understood but felt this could have been handled better. It was shocking and embarrassing to us. We asked to speak to the manager who decided. She was unavailable so we left our number. No response of course.

All good except the double...

Liked: They accused me of having a second room booked. I explained I only booked one. I showed them the confirmation. They blamed me and booking.com. I tried to reach you and could not get through. The bill just arrived. It shows your charge and another by Econo-Lodge. I will be challenging the second charge. Why would I book 2 rooms? Sounds like a scam to me.

Horrible. Never again! Front desk...

Liked: Line too long for tiny room with bfast food. Could move around so we left and went to a restaurant.
Disliked: Room next door had domestic fight. Called desk 3 times. They should have called police!! Didn't sleep was afraid for our safety!!!!
