Great desk staff assistance both days. Our room was exactly what we expected when booking. Close to restaurants and shopping. We slept late due to comfy beds!

Attended two shows at the Orpheum Theater and for the price this place was great. We had no problems at all. Clean room; great, free breakfast and good price.

Liked: It's a nice location clean rooms
Disliked: No breakfast and you can't get Coffee after like 9am they don't even offer like yogurt or hard boiled eggs not even dry cereal

Pleasant

Liked: Functional fridge, quiet atmosphere, good water pressure, and convenient location next to many restaurants. Would stay there again if in the neighborhood.

Unpleasantly cold.

Liked: Not much. It had a clean bed.
Disliked: The room was sooo cold and I couldn’t adjust the thermostat. I couldn’t get hot water for a hot shower and had to let the water run for at least 10 minutes. the sheets were ok but the other bedding was scratchy and uncomfortable.

Liked: There was no breakfast for us no coffee
Disliked: The bed was very bad it was hard as a rock the pillows were too small for the bed they were very squished and uncomfortable

Disliked: I didn’t like the customer service the location, the room status and etc.. Very terrible experience.
