Great desk staff assistance both days. Our room was exactly what we expected when booking. Close to restaurants and shopping. We slept late due to comfy beds!

Liked: Courteous staff.
Disliked: None.

Facility needs some serious clean...

Liked: Good location for our purpose. Thought the price was reasonable but…..
Disliked: Hallway was very dirty, furniture in room was falling apart and delaminating. We were uncomfortable to touch anything. The price was reasonable but after entering room we felt it was not worth the price paid.

Horrendous and completely unacceptable. Would...

Liked: Non smoking room on 1st floor.
Disliked: Toilet was plugged and would not work no matter how much I plunged it. The front desk clerk told me to plunge it myself, which I find unacceptable. I did not come there to be a plumber! The bed felt scratchy. Could not get the AC or fan to work, and there were no instructions in the room. Other guests were loud! I went to the front desk around 1:40AM and asked for a refund, and desk clerk said they were unable to issue one. I packed up my car and left. I would like to be refunded for the horrid accommodations!!!
