Liked: Both men working the front desk were some of the nicest most helpful customer service people I’ve spoken with as of late.

Disliked: It was advertised to include breakfast. There was nothing hot to eat (there wasn't even a waffle maker). Apparently while staying in the winter they have to be booked by 60% to offer hot food, so we were left with empty stomachs because what was there was so ridiculously minimal and not good! All we had to choose from were tiny store bought muffins, cold cereal and apples.

Liked: Good quality bed linens, convenient location, good service.
Disliked: Breakfast options were very basic, cheap towels were scratchy.

Liked: Price of the room was very reasonable. Location was great for where we needed to be. Breakfast was good. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There weren't any negatives.
