Liked: The rooms were nice.
Disliked: The front desk staff member's behavior was decidedly unprofessional. Her condescending tone during our interaction implied a lack of faith in my cognitive abilities. In light of this unsatisfactory customer service experience, I will not be returning to this hotel. I really should get a refund.

Friendly staff, OK cleanliness.

Liked: Staff was friendly. They asked me how my day was when I checked in and how my stay was when I checked out...all with a smile.
Disliked: My room needed to be swept a little bit better around the bed. When I see things like that, I immediately think to leave my sandles on.

Disliked: Front desk clerk could have been much more helpful, and more curteous.

Liked: It’s clean and feels safe. KPD is just down the street. The staff is so nice and welcoming. This is our third year returning for our Anniversary. We won’t book anywhere else. We love it here.
Disliked: No complaints!
