The big ripp off

Liked: Well I went to motel and was told I was not allowed to stay there for a noise violation they said contact booking ,com and they would refund my stay since I had nothing to do with it since then booking,com has giving me the run around for the last month I don't understand why they are this had nothing to do with me I mean they wasn't for sure the violation was me but regardless I should get my money back or s night stay at any motel in Kalamazoo I have never experience this before I been a loyel customer for a while now this is bad business I talked to several people from booking nothing has came of this I keep calling now they just hang up so sad

Liked: Location was fine
Disliked: Uncomfortable at times but able to sleep away well

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: The bed was so uncomfortable I had to sleep in my car, there were people slamming doors all hours of the night, the front desk guy was sarcastic and rude right off the bat, it was dingy, rooms don't even have a microwave.

Disliked: The bed cover had cigarette burn holes even though it was a non smoking room. The couch in the room had such a sag and was well past its prime I’m just glad we didn’t need to use it for a bed.
