The hotel looked nothing like the online photos. Lobby was dirty. Desk clerks were rude. They had my reservation but not my friends. Wouldn't give them the same rate as me, claiming it was the last room and it would sell. When in fact another person from our party called hours later and got a room. The property literally looked like it was a construction site. Breakfast was very stale - cinnamon rolls and the package was laying outside the employee entrance. Coffee was not fresh. Will absolutely never stay again.

Liked: The only positive was that there was a bed in our room.
Disliked: Hotel was sorely misrepresented online.

Liked: Comfortable beds. Pleasant staff. Clean.
Disliked: The parking lot was a challenge. To check in you pull in on one side. To get to the other side you have to pull back out, make a u turn, and cross traffic again. Also, there was a step up into the bathroom from the rest of the room. Not an issue for us since it was on the 2nd floor anyway, but it should be mentioned.
