Liked: We could reach everywhere we want to visit in short time. Room was clean. Hotel seems to be renovated.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't diverse. Our reserved room wasn't empty when we arrive. We are offered a different room. They said it's booking.com 's mistake, they overbooked.

Superb

Clean and a good value.

Liked: Management was attentive to the small issue we had with the television and WiFi.
Disliked: There were some guys who kept hanging around the stairs smoking "blunts." That's not too inviting. There were also some children who were using the walkway as their personal playground. But, that's not necessarily management's fault.
