Liked: The staff was very nice. I was expecting to be closer to The Heavenly Village. And our hair dryer did not work. Other than that, we were fine.

Great staff, great experience, recommended...

Good but not great.

Liked: Comfy beds, a short walk to the gondola and the sausage and egg muffins for breakfast were a nice touch
Disliked: The room wasn't in great condition. A floorboard was sticking up, the shower head seal was coming away and the walls/skirting boards were in need of repair. No regular maid service, you have to ask for it at reception everytime you require it. More options for breakfast would of been good (inc gluten free options) so we weren't eating the same thing every day.
