Liked: We never had the breakfast there. We were kinda on a schedule with our group. Maybe next time we will try the Breakfast.
Disliked: More lighting in the rooms would help.

It was a decent stay....

Liked: The king suite room had a spa bath with jets. Pretty nice. There was breakfast in the morning. Right down the street from all the attractions in South Lake Tahoe. They had a waffle maker, fruit and a coffee machine for breakfast.
Disliked: The bed was too soft. I sunk into the bed and was not that comfortable. The pillows were terrible. Barely any firmness. Did not sleep well. They went flat and you had to keep scrunching them up during the night to lift your head up. The breakfast could have been better. They just had frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches I stead of freshly made eggs and sausage. They had bagels the first day I stayed and then ran out and did not replenish. The apple and orange juice machine was not working both days. Dissapointing.

Disliked: They make arrangements during break time, all day with noise, Also the breakfast was very bad, the Latina lady was very good, she knows about service but unfortunately the Indian man didn't, he only smoked

Liked: Breakfast and location good.
Disliked: Both Tesla chargers were out of service, could not charge. The room 124 was shabby, mold on ceiling in bathroom shower stall, the HVAC wall unit was LOUD; it jolted on and off & woke us up during the night until we finally turned the thing off. Dana is the only person who could speak to us, either the Indian man did not understand English or he did not care to communicate with us. He could not explain TV functions to us. Dana had to intervene after I called Booking.com out of desperation. Shower door does not stay shut & water leaks around sink faucet. Maintenance & paint is badly needed.
