It was a good trip...
Liked: We liked the breakfast. It was very tasty. The hotel was very busy but parking was still okay. The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly, and helpful.
Disliked: We asked for a quiet room. We were in back of the hotel but on the ground floor. It was not quiet. When someone knocked on the next door room, I went to the door thinking they were knocking on our door. There was a herd of elephants that were having an Olympic event upstairs above us. It could use some soundproofing.

Disappointing
Liked: Everything it's ok.
Disliked: We stayed for 4 days and the towels were never changed. The bathtub curtain doesn’t work well, so the whole bathroom got wet, and there was only one small bath mat.The floor in the room and bathroom was extremely dirty — anything that touched or dragged on the floor would get dirty right away.Also, the so-called “continental breakfast” was very disappointing, and everything was disposable, which creates a lot of unnecessary waste for the environment.

Liked: The location overall is good and we like that they offer rooms with 3 queen beds so that our family can stay in one room
Disliked: We have stayed here for all of our trips the last 6 years but we found this time around it had overall gone downhill. There were people doing drugs and drinking in the parking lot every hour of the day and night. There were drunks yelling at us when we entered the parking lot in our van at 8pm (we were travelling with 4 young children) and a couple of drunk men banged on their floor every time we moved in our room.The overall cleanliness of the room wasn’t great. My daughter found money in her bed when she pulled the sheets back so I’m not sure the sheets were changed before we got there. The fitted sheets didn’t have elastics so they didn’t stay in place and there were no mattress protectors so we were sleeping on bare mattresses.
