Disliked: Got to my room and went in the bathroom and killed a roach. Went to front desk got another room carpet was tore up by dog. Final room partially renovated. Next morning only warm water no pressure. Would have never stayed if not prepaid. No manager. Won't

Liked: The people that worked in the hotel were very kind and helpful
Disliked: The location is so far out and they had to switch my room because the original room that I booked was not available, well it was available, but the lock on the door did not work. They were very kind and helpful and apologetic

Disliked: TV only showed one channel. Hotel guests allowed to keep their doors open at all times of the night.

Liked: Friendly staff. Homie enviroment. Nice breakfast. We have stayed here before and certainly will again. Very nice pool have used before of course not open during this stay as it was the end of October.

Liked: The staff was very nice however they did not work with me on the room and its lack of cleanliness
Disliked: The hotel was nasty has roaches and looked nothing like pictures on website. The bedding has holes in it the air conditioner didnt cool and an eaten apple was found behind television. It was a nasty and horrible hotel would not recommend it to nobody

Liked: Never made it to the hotel I had a family emergency and wasn't able to check in and they refuse to refund my money
Disliked: Yes I did not like the fact that due to a family emergency my nephew was in a severe car accident almost died and I had to fly out of town and I was not able to make my reservation I called and told him I needed to cancel and ask for a refund did not get

Liked: The staff is great.
Disliked: The owners! She has no idea of what customer service is and has many maintenance issues that are not attended to in over a month. The phones also do not work in any rooms. You have to run the water for 20-30 minutes to get hot water. Also bugs!
