Dissappointed overall, but friendly staff.

Liked: The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly and that was pretty much the only pleasant part.
Disliked: The pull out bed had black chunks of hair but we were so exhausted, we put blanksts over it and the kids slept on it anyways. Free breakfast was advertised. There was no breakfast like the other econolodge hotels. We were supposed to be in no smoking zone, yet neighbors were smoking. There were people knocking on the door next to us up until 2:30 in the morning. We traveled after 8 hours to halfway point after working and the overall description of what was offered seems like false advertising

Liked: Location was great close to the interstate and restaurants. Wasn’t loud at all.
Disliked: The facility was outdated in a lot of area. The room rates didn’t match what was online I was given one price and the. Charged another because i didn’t pay online. The room was a jacuzzi sweet and the shower and the jacuzzi were not clean at all the jacuzzi had hair and all kind of debri inside and the shower was the same as well

Liked: it is on a very busy street, but it is close to a Walmart, within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable, it was very clean. I would stay there again. I think we stopped somewhere on the road for breakfast, which was fine.

Disliked: Bed linens were old with scratchy old blanket. Pillows were aweful & flat. Unwilling to accommodate a first floor room without a “change charge” which would have been helpful for a bad knee.
