Check-in was fast. Front desk was nice. We enjoyed our stay. Wish it was longer.

Disliked: Bathrooms were not clean. Dry urine arond base of toilet. Staff worked in pajamas. Breafast was moved to 5 am un announced. Only towels for 1 person. No shampoo managers were in ontario. Air conditioners were notwrapped on outside had to wrap inside with blanket to keep out cold -25 outside temperarure.

Pleasant

Liked: Pretty good location and comfortable but could have used more than one pillow.
Disliked: Checkout was weird. Nobody was there. We checked out at 1030 am of hotel room. Took all our belongings in one load...thank goodness as the door locked behind us and keycard would not work anymore. There was nowhere to leave keycard so we left it with outside telephone that Nobody answered either. Very strange place. Waffle batter was would have been great but it was extremely watery. It didn't cook well.

Liked: it is a great place for the price that you pay in Saint John. T he staff were great, as usual, and the breakfast was pretty good.
Disliked: The room we we're in had a couple of minor issues - a leaky sink faucet and a toilet valve that had to be pushed into stop it from constantly running water. only reason I give it a seven, instead of 8 or higher.
