Liked: The flexibility regarding a last minute date change. Was an honest mistake and there was compassion shown. Good price. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.
Disliked: One of the staff on my way out was a bit condesending regarding my deposit being returned to my credit card. She was also clearly offended by me double checking that my deposit was sent to my card.

Liked: I liked the area the property was located and I like the idea of there being a eating area in the hotel
Disliked: No reusable cups or kitchen supplies in room, no gf food available, was only able to eat fruit.

Affordable, clean, comfortable and friendly

Liked: Very close to accessing any route you need to get on in North Vancouver. It was a simple updated old school feel lodge. It was super affordable, towels and linens were new and room was very clean with all that we needed.
Disliked: A kettle for tea would be more efficient and effective than the single brew coffee maker, but that is a personal preference not a deal breaker and I’ll just pack my own next time.
