Great stay one night

Liked: Hotel just had renew process and very safe area. room very clean and A/C was OK. Brakefast just was muffin with Coffee.

good staff and comfty bed...

Liked: the staff was very understanding of refunding me my money as i ddint feel comfortable staying there after 30mins due to a cockroach and a rat running across the room
Disliked: I would say the cockroach and then the rat that ran acrosss my room the bed is comfty but unfortunately i can’t stay in a room where it is not clean or fumigated for those animals

Liked: Very terrible experience
Disliked: Front desk employee was so rude and he showed no signs of customer service. To begin with I booked the room with two beds and I only got one bed. I addressed it to the front desk gentleman and he pretty much told me to contact booking.com. He then told me if I paid an extra $50 dollars we would help me out. Clerk kept being arrogant and was pretty much talking to me like he didn’t care . I paid the 50 dollars extra and showed up to the second room which had roaches crawling on the walls. I then walked downstairs to address it to the clerk and once again he literally told me that’s all they have and that he couldn’t do anything about it. He told me to contact the manager and I asked him for his phone number and he told me he couldn’t give it to me. I walked out the office upset because this employee doesn’t care of customers staying at this hotel. No where in my life will I stay at this type of hotels.
