Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: Breakfast was cold. We stayed in the same room we always stay with 2 toddlers and people were less then understanding we may find a different hotel. They charged us a deposit and we didn't receive it back and they said our room was clean at check out

Pathetic.

Liked: Only thing I liked was getting out of there the moment the sun came up..
Disliked: Both trash cans were full. House keeping didn't bother to get new bedding/pillows. I had 3 bed bugs upon a pillow. Bathroom still had used towels and soap.

Very good

Liked: Clean, and the staff working were friendly!
Disliked: Our heater was weird, it would work, then it wouldn’t. But room stayed comfortable!
