Disappointing

Disliked: The service was not great we got locked out of our room twice. We had to wait for someone to come to the register for almost 30 minutes. Holes were in the cover on the bed and roaches were in the room.

Liked: The room was well kept and the staff was very nice.
Disliked: Econo was apparently the only hotel in the area that lost power, woke up to no light, no hot water, and a dead phone.
