Good

Liked: The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early so we could enjoy the afternoon. He was absolutely wonderful! Additionally, the hotel is within driving distance of the Grand Canyon, which made it easy for us to visit and return the same day.
Disliked: The room could use an update.

Small room and frugal breakfast

Liked: Location was very convenient. Bathroom was ok.
Disliked: Room was very small, had difficulty in opening bags as not much space. I have never stayed in such a small hotel room. The microwave, coffee machine, TV and fridge were all connected to the same power point, so when using the microwave the power kept tripping. Breakfast was very limited, no fruit at all and out of the 3 breakfasts we had only one day there was anything sweet. Breakfast time was starting from 6.30 am, but it was not ready on time or was not fully served so had to wait for it to be served! Would not recommend this hotel, booking.com should take off this hotel off its list of hotels!
