Disliked: Room had a bad smell. Floors were not clean.

Pleasant overnight

Liked: Motel is close to park. Gentleman/manager was very nice and even walked me to my room. I felt welcome. Room was fine and bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.
Disliked: Some age but no problem. It is close to loud road which was not a problem later in evening.

Liked: The price was reasonable for the area.
Disliked: The owner/manager wasn't accommodating for the request that was put in while booking. I asked for a bottom floor due to personal reasons and was told that, the bottom was for smoking even though the hotel was half empty
