Disliked: First l, we put do not disturb signage. They knock twice and ignore the signage. Second, we left our pillows(its an old pillow but valuable to us) and they said they don't have it there!

Disliked: We got a call after leaving to say there was a blue stain on the sheet and we would be charged. We don't remember getting a stain on the sheet.I forgot to ask for a photo.However the staff were so kind, I can’t imagine them lying about this.

Liked: Receptionist was more than helpful accommodating us on a different room that had access to the elevator
Disliked: One of the side of the building has no access to the elevator so make sure you book the right room if you cant take the stairs.
