Liked: It was in a good location
Disliked: The room we booked was not the room that was advertised. It was also filthy dirty. The floors were filthy and there was old stale rotten pizza under the bed and an old icky chewing tobacco pouch that someone spit and left on the bathroom floor. The staff needs to work on their professional approach to customers and better at problem solving rather than when issues like these are brought to their attention they can offer more than just an “I’m sorry” like switch us to the room we ordered or at least send someone in to clean the room. Worst hotel stay and would not go back.
