Very dissatisfied, and no offer...
Liked: The mattress cover had what appeared to be dry'd blood on it. I told the staff we were checking out at 930pm, staff didn't ask why, I said we are leaving bc there appeareds to be body fluids on the bed, no appology, no can we fix this, nothing, she couldn't even look at me. This hotel is disgusting.
Disliked: Bed linen had old dried body fluids on it. Staff never even offered to correct the situation.

NEXT!: Rude staff spy's on...
Liked: It was close to food options and the area overall seemed pretty safe.
Disliked: When booking, it said "Hurry! Only 2 units left". Arrived and there was only 1 other persons car in the entire parking lot. Clearly they use deceptive business practices to make up for their lack of customers. Advertised as a pet friendly hotel, and online it does not say anything about a pet fee when booking. There's no pet area! Yet, they charge $20 p/ pet p/ day! It was freezing cold/raining and I had to walk across the parking lot for a small sliver of grass to let the dogs out. The area was filled with TRASH/CIGARETTE BUTS. There was a fenced area my dogs could fit under. There's an area with steps to go into another business that's about a foot tall and my dog fell from there. THE STAFF was stalking my family and I. The woman at the front desk the first day was chain smoking cigarettes and the room they put us in was right next to a room the staff uses so they could spy on us. No joke, every time I went outside (which was only 4 times the first day between 4pm-11pm) the woman at the front desk was outside smoking a cigarette, staring at us. The floors were DISGUSTING! No idea when the last time they were cleaned was, but I can tell you it must have been over a month ago. Absolutely filthy - sticky and black when you wipe any spot in that room! A/C sounded like it was going to launch into the air, couldn't sleep. I told the other woman at the front desk my 2nd day that I did not want to stay here anymore she was argumentative and rude to say the least, and claimed they're the only pet-friendly hotel in the city (LIE!) and that she wouldn't be able to rent out my room since it was too late in the day (this was hours before check-in) and offered no resolution. Clearly its because the place had no business regardless, since there wasn't anyone staying here. I can see why! I left after talking to her and went to Motel 6, I refused to stay there my 2nd day.
