Liked: The property had a free breakfast that was surprisingly tasty.
Disliked: When checking into my room, the bed was not maid. My son told me not to make the bed because it looked like someone slept in there already. When I went to the front desk, they said they would bring some sheets, but that never happened. So I went back later and they came with me to see the room and could only find one sheet and no pillow case. So I slept on one sheet and put a tshirt over the pillow to sleep. It was awful. Then the next day they brought me sheets to put on the bed myself and they smelled like cigarettes. Still awful.

Liked: The towels were clean and actually smelled clean!
Disliked: The bed... the mattress was the ones from back in the day that has the springs in it and we felt every single one! The bathroom ceiling had been leaking and continued to do so throughout our stay! Water dropped on us as we brushed our teeth.

Disliked: Room looked like its not cleaned in while.. had 2 half drunken beers in mini refrigerator, and 2 unopened beers. Windows were broken, like chunks of wood missing, unable to lock and on grond floor..like could walk up and open windproof outsideAll our feet turned black from the carpet in room, hallway worse.Whole place smelled damp , like mildly musty

Liked: Lady at front desk was super nice and informative
Disliked: Disgusting conditions, room was exclaimed to be “checked”, window on floor level did not lock, telephone did not work, TV did not work, coffee machine did not work, microwave did not work, hairdryer did not work, no conditioner in shower, beds were uncomfortable and had stains, window had mold growing around it, CO detector had no lights on in difference to smoke set, mold was growing around the window, entire room smelt funky and awful and would not go away even with an odor spray. Did not receive any response.
