Liked: Location off the highway and really close to the event I was in town for.
Disliked: Cigarette burns rn holes in the furniture and bed. I understand that may come with a smoking room, but pointed out a few to the clerk and if I don’t get my deposit back I will be very upset.

Verbally abuse in parking area
Liked: All was fine the only problem was a lady in parking lot yelling. Staff should have called police sooner.

Liked: I liked the couch and the office chair.
Disliked: Our heater just barely worked. We had a late check in , around 11:00-11:20 p.m. and it didn't warm up the room until around 2am. Then because we drove along ways and checked in so late, we kindly asked for a short late check out, of just 30 minutes or so, and was told no, and if we didnt get out at 11, our $100 deposit was going to be kept. The neighbors on every side of us slammed doors and banged walls all night long.
