Cheap, rude staff, unsafe area,...

Liked: Beds were comfortable pillow were ok shower was hot and ac unit heated and cools efficiently. It was definitely a cheap place to stay but at what cost … You get what you pay for so be mindful about this place .
Disliked: Staff was rude and very unenthused to be helping you went to ask for towels and they stated that I had to bring by old towels down before getting another set mind you there were only 2 towels to start with and I have 4 in my family . The room smelt like cigarettes and urine carpet was crunchy when you walked over it area is not safe for children or women 15-20 gunshots behind building and asked the clerk if that was normal for this area and he said “ I don’t know what your talking about “ and then ask if he was going to call the police and he said “for what?” Items were taken from room while we were not there and again confronted the staff about this issue and instead for taking a report about it he insisted that I was a liar and did nothing about it and said that nobody goes into rooms yet the ac that I left on 60 was at 89 and set to heat and television was on when it was left off.
