THE WORST HOTEL EVER! AWFUL...

Liked: Nothing at all!!! Will NEVER stay here ever again.
Disliked: Nothing at all!!! This was my first time staying here. Room wasn't what was booked. Staff were very unhelpful, room wasn't cleaned the entire time I was there, no towels brought or coffee for the in room coffee station. I paid MORE for a King room and was put in a 2 queen room without being told or any concession. Staff refused to help me. The property is not responding to any emails either. Felt VERY unsafe. Staff member was literally telling with a guest as I was trying to check out today.

Disappointing

Disliked: Breakfast was a prepacked little Debbie snack and coffee. The staff was sleeping on the couch in the lobby when we arrived. There weren't sheets available for the sleeper sofa.

Liked: It was perfect and the most memorable stay we have ever had throughout traveling for work!, great wifi connection,staff is super friendly,room was very clean, we had warm coffee and pastry in the morning, location of property was very connivant to Saint Thomas Hospital and there is walking distance walmart, baskin robins, waffle house , macdonald, greek restaurant, mexican restaurant etc located very quite room at night. This place is located right off of I 24. It is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The room and bathroom are bigger than most places we stay. I was pleasantly surprised how nice it is for a great value. The room has a refrigerator and microwave. The man that checked us in was very accommodating when I asked for a first floor room. This place is definitely on my list to stay again.

Disliked: Charged per pet. Not disclosed at booking. They cost as much as the room itself did. Will not stay there again
