Simple stay

Liked: Very weird start. I received a call while driving but with the rain and traffic, I didn't answer. I got another call once I parked in their lot. He asked when I was coming and I told him I had just parked and he had asked again how long until I was checking in. I told him I'd be right in. Once I got in there he told me he was going to give my room away had I not answered. I booked around 3pm and arrived at 7 ish. Online stated check in was from 3pm until midnight, so I found that to be odd. Once I got to the room, I noticed plenty of wear and tear on pretty much everything, no real biggie. I did notice the floor was a bit dirty when I was wiping up spilt water but mostly everything else seemed clean.I only rented the room because it was a whirlpool room & bug free so I wasn't necessarily concerned with much else. The location was great. I was still close to food and shopping. Breakfast is minimal so plan accordingly. I would probably stay because of the location and the whirlpool. (The whirlpool is HUGE btw)

Not worth the time or...

Liked: Parking very bad and gave very cheap!
Disliked: The no smoking in rooms when dogs are allowed and smell like dog urine in hallway and rooms. The hot job was pointless it was a regular tub with a hole and the wall. And you can’t smoke in the rooms and it’s a million dispensaries around the hotel.

Liked: The people and facilities were friendly and clean.
Disliked: The heated pool was decent but the room was cold that the pool was in. So it made the pool really not warm.

Disappointing

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Pool area was absolutely freezing so couldn't use the pool. Our Jacuzzi suit the water didn't get warm enough for a bath. Only had 4 t.v stations. All of the outside doors were able to gain entry without a key
