Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Maingate Central, Kissimmee

I came in for a graduation ceremony and didn't regret choosing your Lodge. It was very clean and comfortable; Oh! I love Mike, he was so helpful in finding me a car for my short stay, and with direction for where I was going. The surrounding was great; especially the Dominican Bar and Restaurant nearby, also Wal-Mart Stores and other interesting places. I think the price was worth my stay and thanks for breakfast which was wonderful and healthy indeed. Thanks again for making my stay worth the while...I will be back... Overall I like it minus...

Liked: The breakfast was great. I did not to expect a waffle maker.
Disliked: The sofa bed in our room was not too clean and had no sheets on it.

Disliked: The room smelled like smoke, the shower was dirty, I found a bug crawling on my toothbrush, I went to check out early since it was so awful but the front desk lady was talking with some guy about how he was assaulted and wanted to press charges. I knew there wasn’t any point in saying anything since it wouldn’t lead to anything and she obviously wouldn’t care, she saw me walk in and kept talking to the guy

Disliked: #214 the fact that when I opened up the sheets and pulled back, dirt was in the bed on supposed new sheets. Leaves and outside material was attached to Brown Blanket. Shows that housekeeper simply folded dirty sheets and NEVER changed the bedding which is nasty and deplorable. If housekeeping isn’t going to do what they’re compensated for, why employ them? And if the supervisor can’t inspect rooms to be in Brand Standard for Choice Hotel prior to guest checking in, no wonder staff operates as they do. As an Executive Housekeeper I would be ashamed to have guest pull sheets back and dirt is in the bed before my guest. It shows leadership has NO pride in the services they render.

Liked: An oasis one and a half blocks off Duval. Wonderful vibe of connected great rooms, plus parking. My bed was excellent as was the room. Breakfast gave us a chance to be with the other vacationers around the the patio pool area. Helpful and happy staff.
Disliked: I found nothing I could dislike
